Question 1

How do I find a course that fits me?

Accepted Answer

Choose Find my course on Learn or All programs. No account is needed to see suggestions. You can also browse all programs directly. Choose your goal, experience, class-time preferences and optional AUD price limit. Review up to two options, including the stated level, price, session count and why each fits. Open View course and dates to review the suggested intake and all class dates before reserving. Times use your selected time zone. If nothing fits, change your answers, ask LOOK4 for guidance or view a future-intake course to register interest. Unknown levels and incomplete schedules are not treated as confirmed matches.

Question 2

Are these courses live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The programs are delivered through live virtual instructor-led sessions.

Question 3

How are classes delivered?

Accepted Answer

Classes are conducted online through Zoom.

Question 4

Do I need previous experience?

Accepted Answer

Students who meet the course completion requirements may receive a LOOK4 certificate of completion. Course pages explain the applicable attendance, participation and assessment requirements.

Question 9

Accepted Answer

Your enrolment remains pending until payment is verified. Once confirmed, you will receive your class schedule and joining instructions.

Question 15

Where can I find career opportunities?

Accepted Answer

Browse Careers for current opportunities. Signed-in students can use their Career Profile to apply where eligible.

Question 16

How do I change the name in my welcome message?

Accepted Answer

Your welcome message uses your saved first name. Students can update it in Career Profile. Open My Portal → Career Profile. Enter your first and last name and complete the profile essentials. Select Save profile and wait for Saved. Refresh to see the updated welcome message.

Question 17

How do I save my profile photo?

Accepted Answer

Select a JPG, PNG or WebP photo up to 5 MB, then save your profile. Selecting a file alone does not save it. Open My Portal → Career Profile. Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP photo up to 5 MB. Selecting the file only creates a preview. Review any highlighted fields, select Save profile and wait for Saved. Refresh the page. Your saved photo remains in your profile and portal sidebar.

Question 18

What does my Career Profile completion percentage mean?

Accepted Answer

The percentage measures eight essentials: name, professional headline, biography, primary language, target roles, career goals, AI experience and skills. Your biography needs at least 50 characters. Optional education, links, photo, résumé and diversity information do not affect the score. The dashboard and profile page use the same calculation.

Question 19

Who can see my Career Profile?

Accepted Answer

Your full Career Profile is private to you and authorised LOOK4 admins. Instructors do not receive it. When you apply for a job, only the fields you select and required contact details are shared with that employer. If you use Career Profile Coach, its AI tool receives editable professional details and your chat messages; it excludes email, uploaded files, sensitive diversity information and consent records.

Question 20

How do external job applications work?

Accepted Answer

Follow the application instructions on the job listing. An external form belongs to another website; LOOK4 does not send your Career Profile automatically or track applications completed there. Review that website's privacy notice before submitting your information.

Question 21

How do I apply to teach with LOOK4?

Accepted Answer

Use Apply to teach from the Instructors page or the Add another workspace section in your Student dashboard. Your Student access remains active while LOOK4 reviews your application. Teaching tools open after approval. Sign in to your LOOK4 account. Open Apply to teach and complete the requested details. Agree to the application terms and submit. Check your application status on the same page.

Question 22

How do I request my data or delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open Account & privacy. You can submit and track an access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal request. To remove your whole account, use Request account deletion and review the confirmation. Requests are handled manually; submitting one does not immediately delete your account. Records required by law may be retained.
